Buying plates and cups for a birthday every year has become very wasteful. So I went to Revain. These durable, reusable and ultimately recyclable colored plates are perfect. I imagine they will last almost forever. So, now, whoever is celebrating my birthday at my place, first picks the color they're getting for the special dinner, then we wash it and use it again (and over and over again). Great. But they are quite thin and be careful if you have something that requires a steak knife. It would ruin her quite a bit.
