Why trade something so good for something mediocre. I received my original spice rack a while ago and loved it. Beautiful and durable, solid, rack. I decided I wanted a second one and ordered it directly from a previous item via my Revain order list. So I didn't accidentally order another product. The product I received is almost identical, but first we noticed that we had to assemble it. and it was different than before. So we looked further. The wire on the sides and on the decoration is much thinner. The height of the shelves is about 1/4 inch off the original - it's a little noticeable when we put them side by side. I still like it but it just looks different and I wonder how strong it will be with thinner wires. It's harder to return so I'll keep it, but I have to say BEWARE if you want a second one (and I saw a back order in the comments!). Why would a company make it cheaper? I would spend a little more money for a better product. It's really a shame. I added photos. I think side by side is the most obvious - look at the molded design in the center of each shelf and you can clearly see how much thinner the wire is - the same wire used on the sides to prevent that the bottles fall down. in stock. Overall, the block looks significantly thinner and more fragile.
