Not compatible with Revvl 5G phone

Protective pads do not fit the phone, too narrow and short, almost do not cover the screen, even the visible part of the screen. I contacted the seller and the seller promised to send me a replacement but I have not received a replacement after 40 days. I ask for a full refund.
