I received this addition to Apple's new Magic Keyboard. The Magic Keyboard's magnets do not work through the transparent ESR case. It is in order. The way I use my iPad Pro 11 is connected to my keyboard for charging and for morning tasks like email and iMessaging. In the evening I take the iPad off the Magic Keyboard and put it on the ESR case. It's so easy it takes less than 2 seconds. I read a lot in the evenings. The ESR body is lightweight and has a precise fit. My hands don't get tired. And I never worry about the iPad falling accidentally due to the design of the air pockets in the corners. Cutouts and buttons are precise and delicate. I don't have to bend over the power button like I do in some cases. Before I go to bed, I take it out and put it back into the Magic Keyboard to charge. It's great for what I do!
