I'm not sure why the manufacturer has a manual that says we need to swap the wires if the fan opening and the arrow shows it's not in the opening but from the main opening blows larger opening the suction circuit. By default, this should be the correct configuration that we don't need to make any changes to. It's easy when you have the right sharp, pointy object. It was just that the tip of the bullet end wasn't sharp enough to undo the copper connectors that carried the wires and thread them around. To be honest I don't think many applications will use it the way it is. I am using mine to replace my old humidifier fan which is causing the fan blades to spin off the motor axle shaft.
