I bought this for my bedroom to keep my sons books so we can read bedtime stories and it fits perfectly. I live in a small apartment and it takes up almost no space. It is very thin and very easy to assemble. I am a single mother and my six year old son even helped me. It's very strong and not very heavy. There is enough space in one place to store more than 1 or 2 books and all the fabric shelves are the same size and depth. It also had assembly tools and simple instructions.
