worked well for 9 months when the product failed. I contacted the manufacturer "denso" and they offer product warranty only through authorized dealers. An email from Denso says they are receiving calls from people who have purchased items through Amazon, eBay and Rockauto and cannot guarantee those items. You are homework, I hope this helps someone.
