Charming and realistic!
I've read reviews that say it's perfect for breeding catfish. Well, my catfish are still too young for that at the moment, but so far the cave looks great purely as a decoration. I hate cheap looking decorations and to me it really looks like a cute little root cave. Definitely too small for a regular Pleco, but should be able to accommodate smaller strains.
