These NYKO chargers and batteries are amazing. I don't understand the negative reviews as I bought 4 sets of these (1st set was for Xbox 360). The base acts as an organized place to install/charge them. Best of all, the batteries hardly need to be charged and last a very long time. Batteries never need to be removed or replaced, just plug in and charge. The charging lights are great, make sure they light up first to make sure the connection is good. I think if there's one improvement that can be made, it's the connection during charging. Sometimes you have to "wiggle" the controller to make sure it's connected properly. If it's a big fuss as to why this thing gets a star, then get some new standards. It works amazingly well and is worth the money.
