Limited to USB 2.0 and hot.

Never saved USB3.0 speed: max. 34 Mbit/s. The same Kingston 512 GB microSD is read by another reader at 130 Mb/s. I also noticed that it's hot. The USB Type-C adapter remains in the USB port after the reader is removed. I do not recommend.
