This laptop was an absolute disappointment! My daughter got it for prom and was excited to use it for college. She started the setup and the screen went black and we couldn't turn it back on. We've searched the internet for troubleshooting information and found a lot of people with the exact same issue that didn't get any help from Dell Customer Support. We contacted Dell and they did the same thing we found online but they didn't work! They then asked if we had an external monitor to hook up our laptop to see if that would help find the problem? When we said we didn't have an external monitor they hung up. Basically, the gift my daughter wanted the most was terrible and didn't work.
