Review on Taylor Logan Transitional Tufted Barstool by Tonya Fisher

I was very excited when they arrived but was disappointed to discover the legs on one of them were scratched and damaged. The husband agreed to keep and repair his legs. They gave a discount to make up for the problem. As he began assembling the second chair, he noticed that the slots were too small and didn't fit at all. It was the most annoying experience. The stools are so beautiful and it doesn't take time to pack them properly, it's terrible. This will prevent receiving damaged and defective parts. We gave three stars because they tried to solve the problem by discounting one chair and sending a replacement for the second, and the chairs are really nice when they are all assembled in the end. (Hopefully they can get it right the first time for others. QUALITY MATTERS!
