I firmly believe that the value of companies depends on how well they treat customers. It doesn't mean if they offer free items, refunds or anything like that, but a willingness to help and understand the customer. Cathy showed me how too, so my expectations of this company were rekindled. ****************END OF UPDATE********************After careful consideration the desire to purchase a spray would help me Removing stains and checking my puppies so they don't stay in the same spot, I was led to believe this was my holy grail. I was wrong. I've followed the instructions to the letter with no success. I train my 3 month old Siberian Husky and for the most part he is doing surprisingly well.
