This is a high quality pet barrier. They look great in your home and don't look cheap. You don't have to change door frames or anything like that. The ONLY nitpick I have is the latch. While it works great I think it would be much better if it could be positioned higher on the barrier so an adult doesn't have to bend down to use it. I'll most likely take a slightly different latch and install it at the top where it's easier to reach. The hinges are nicely designed, allowing sections of the barrier to rotate in any direction. I would also advise being careful with the door and not letting it swing the wrong way at any speed or you could damage the hinges or pull it out of the wood. Still a great buy - just use your head when setting it up and it works great.
