This original chip worked great, it was recognized as an Intel chip on my computer. Works with Windows 10 which does not come with drivers but installs drivers automatically (downloading drivers requires an existing internet connection such as gigabit or wifi). Comes with regular and flat mounts and a decent heatsink. . Ordered two cards, one of the card's heatsinks shifted during shipping, but it was easy enough to put it back in place. The heatsink also had thermal grease on it, which is a big plus. All in all, a quality card at a good price.
