Terribly uncomfortable! Shoulder straps dig into my bones!

I was delighted to replace my worn work/travel backpack with this, it is so uncomfortable - I have a feeling that the very thin shoulder straps cut my arms off at the shoulder.According to the description So good for your back it's a lie I would return it but I'm an idiot and tore off the tags before putting it on.It has still lots of spots so i don't overload it and its definitely not made for a tall woman and yes i adjusted the straps shit now i spend even more money looking for padding for the straps .
