Update below original review: This is a great bag as long as you don't have dexterity issues. I needed a large capacity bag and when I saw the pumpkins I ordered right away. Outside pockets cost admission. When the bag arrived I almost ordered another one because I have enough pens and fineliners to fill several of these bags. When I first started filling the bag, I had trouble dealing with the very long, stretchy slits (up and down the length). I thought they would loosen up a bit after a while, now I know that even if they did, the length of the elastics wouldn't fit me. I had to pull each back with my fingers to insert a pencil. One would have thought that the next pencil would fit better, but no. When you get a third pin, pull out the color you want, and then the other two pins meet. We know this is bad for soft pens, they break easily. Too hard for me to fill it with mobility and arthritis issues. One or two pins per slot (even if I could) reduces capacitance too much. I was thinking of using it for liners, fine markers etc but it's still too hard for me to fill in. I need something with shorter, raised elastics so I can easily insert and easily remove my pins. After searching, I know the compromise will be large external pockets. The bag is of good quality, the handles are fine, the zippers work. Unfortunately I will be back, I found an alternative bag from the same company but I have to say goodbye to gourds and outer compartments. I give 5 stars for the quality, the bag didn't fit me. Update 10/17/2019: My son put my Tombow marker brush and fine tips in this bag for me. The elastics loosened a bit with use (in a good way). Now I can easily slip two Prismacolor pens into the slots. I will keep this bag.
