Stops working after a month No customer service.
This disc is "not recognized" or "does not exist". When I connect to a computer (not just one) it gets connected, disconnected, connected, disconnected and so on. Here is your external drive. Worked great for a couple of weeks and then kaplooie! I contacted the seller to see if they can figure it out. I will update this review if/if I get a response from you. Got an answer from them, jumped through their hoops. They said they would replace it but then hung up. 50 bucks down the drain.
