perfect lightbulb for my bedroom

As someone who struggles with sleeping I am very careful about what kind of light I use at night. The Sleep Lamp is the first LED light bulb replacement that delivers a "biologically correct" and beautiful light. I bought six which I now use in our bedrooms. At night I try to avoid/minimise blue light from screens and lights in my house. I use f.lux on my computer and Nightshift on my phone. Unfortunately, most LED bulbs (even "warm white") emit too much blue light to be safe to use at night. In bedrooms or around our house I've been forced to use old/inefficient incandescent bulbs as they don't emit much blue light, but it costs me time and money (higher energy bills and frequent bulb changes). I was very happy to learn about the sleep lamp that promises light with an improved spectrum and no flickering. I've tried a few other "night" lamps on the market but they use a different technology (to block blue) which gives a very poor quality of light = I don't want my bedrooms to be full. with biologically optimized but ugly light!? The Sleep Lamp is the first replacement LED lamp to deliver a spectrum similar to an incandescent lamp. The only thing to note is that this bulb only puts out 350 lumens, which is just over half the light of a standard 60W bulb (which is why I use two bulbs in my bedroom ceiling lights to provide enough reading light Offer). The Sleep Lamp is the first LED lamp I have found that gives off energy efficient, biologically correct and beautiful light!
