This was a premium pre-workout product. I have found this product to taste normal and it increases the user's strength significantly, I alternate with other stimulant supplements (like BPN In-Focus or C4). I think it's stronger per serving, and unlike C4, this pre-workout gives me a gentle boost of energy. Musclepharm is one of the best brands and if this pre workout is too expensive they have a lower quality product. I recommend this product for 21+ because of the intensity! (If you don't train hard you won't sleep) Work harder than last time!
