The support team are very responsive (even after hours) as well as being patient in answering questions we might have that aren't straight forward or clear cut.
I haven't had any issues like this - but that's not say there won't be at some point! We would just rather it was handled quickly by someone who really knows what they're doing than having one of our managers try & resolve an issue over email/call multiple times before finally getting back to us. Have used many CRM software packages both internally within clients business units aswell as externally through salesforce etc however none compare tp Bramsols functionality / layout and how easy their system is when compared to other similar systems. They do everything in house which means no reliance on 3rd party vendors so your data remains secure under their control unlike most others out here where once again its reliant on third parties.
