As a 6'3" and 175 lb person (most of whom are in the medium region), I was really hesitant to buy this shirt plus size or regular/loose fit medium size so i have both! and to be honest there wasn't much of a difference.fitted my broad shoulders perfectly and didn't get too skinny in the bust and stomach (although it looked like it did in the promotional photo). it would turn into a "V" towards the crotch). Very similar fit but about half an inch shorter in height and an inch shorter in the shoulders. Strange, isn't it? I've tried both shirts on over and over again, both before and even after washing/drying as I tried to show all the differences before coming here to write about it.In general I'll probably stick with the plus size skinny as it's actually I has the shoulder length that I like, but it doesn't stay down as long and doesn't give a full fit. The fitted mids were too small and the normal mids a bit narrow, although I think the normal large ones would probably be too wide. One complaint with all shirts I will have is that the hems at the bottom of the shirt curl up a bit after washing/drying, which is disappointing because it looks cheap (I know it is, but others Not ) . But other than that, I didn't notice any shrinkage, which is a big plus given the price.
