Delicious little desert that's fun

This is a great little desert that's fun to play with. All in all a very good product, however it is a bit difficult to get the right temperature on the hob. We have a smooth top end and after a few initial time trials we were able to perfect these little fish. We've experimented with Nutella, chocolate chips, and Jif chocolate cheesecake with hazelnut fillings, and it's all been delicious.
