The best thing about this team was their dedication to making sure they did everything right for us from getting started through implementation- we never felt like there were any issues with our project manager or my account rep (Bethany). They are always willing to help out in anyway possible even if it's just asking how something works before adding another feature which I appreciate! It can be difficult sometimes being overseas but all parties involved have been very helpful when needed/needed assistance has arrived at last minute.- There wasn't anything too bad as far as problems go - maybe things could've run smoother once Bethanys role had more time dedicated to her? We used them primarily because we wanted someone local who would understand what it meant working so close together day after day while living away from home etc.
