Review on HIGHLOONG by John Beltran

Using HIGHLOONG was a negative experience for me. I was disappointed with the quality of the patio set I bought from them. It seemed like any second now it will all collapse! The grilling tools I purchased were a disappointment. The handles, made of what seemed like cheap plastic, nearly broke in my hands. The customer service was the absolute worst. I called them up and voiced my worries, but I got nothing but a cold shoulder. It seemed like they just didn't care about fixing my problems. As a whole, HIGHLOONG is not a brand I'd suggest to anyone in need of decent camping gear. Alternatives with lower rates and more helpful staff are readily available. Avoid the hassle and search elsewhere for your outdoor necessities.
