I can't believe I've lived without this pillow for so long! This miracle changed my life. I haven't slept that well in most of my life and certainly not since my husband passed away suddenly almost 3 years ago. The first night I used it I didn't even wake up at night. I didn't have leg cramps that made me jump out of bed screaming in pain. When my head hits the pillow, I pass out like a candle and stop tossing and turning to get comfortable. I sleep on my side and use one side of my back and sometimes roll the other side with the other side between my legs. On my weekends when I have time to sleep I have to set the alarm or I sleep all day and the next night! I did a lot of research before deciding on this one and read customer reviews. This pillow changed the way I sleep, my life and my attitude. If you're still deciding whether to get one or which, I hope this review helps put things in perspective.
