great for a good night's sleep
I fill it up and let it run while I sleep, it's very quiet and lasts about 8 hours, you have a dial to have a light mist or a heavy one . leaves no puddles and does not fog up windows. I breathe a lot easier, so I sleep a lot better when there's moisture in the air. Although we have a humidifier for the whole house, I wouldn't mind.
