Franklin does not endorse these balls. I play with a group of 3.5-4.5 players - some of them hit hard, others are more agility oriented. We play outside on hard courts and are used to playing with DURA and TOP balls (subject to availability). We usually have a few days of play on Dura or Top, but these Franklins broke in just a couple of games. In colder weather (mornings) these things fall apart almost instantly - literally almost explode on heavy impact. We broke 6 in one morning with a group of 50+ players. They claim they are "seamless," but that doesn't seem to be the case. They break at what appears to be a seam line, and before they break they begin to get out of the circle and fly erratically. Before they break, they play soft compared to DURA - maybe halfway between DURA and PURE. As for tournament play, our group didn't like it at all.
