Works better than Foodsaver Rolls
Like plastic Foodsaver Rolls, one surface is smooth and the other surface is embossed to allow air to be expelled from an open end. The food storage cavities are square and form a grid of diagonal channels. OutOfAir cutouts are circular and form a grid of channels that are orthogonal to the sides. Also, OOA is 0.011mm thick while Foodsaver is 0.07mm thick. I find that the OOA product performs as well or even better than the Foodsaver brand. The OOA variety also has more closely spaced cutting lines to allow for straight cuts.
