I installed it on my 2006 Chevy Suburban. It was easier to jack up and remove a wheel first, then jack up the frame to widen the gap under the cup near the wheel. As instructed, I used the weight of the car to push the SumoSpring into the cup. The product was introduced into the cup but gradually came out. I lost them both on the street. The material on the top of the SumoSpring is a smooth, slippery substance, and the Chevy cup has no gripping mechanism other than small internal ribs that are insufficient to grip the SumoSpring. If the manufacturer provided some sort of clamping mechanism, the Chevy cup would have a good lip that could be used to hold the spring. waste of money and time.
