My kids haven't broken an iPad yet, which in itself is a confirmation. I've had this case on my iPad Air for about a year and I'm sure the kids have dropped it many times in that time. I also went for bright red to make it easier to spot. I've been a fan of the Otter Box for my phone for a while, and this is a similar option on a larger device. I'm deducting a star because I had a hard time attaching the case. Sounds weird, but how hard is it to put on an iPad case? It's harder than I thought. But I would buy again.
