Works but damn loud. It's about 25 percent louder compared to a standard fan, but it's not air noise, it's a mechanical clicking noise that increases in intensity with each increase in fan speed. My car has automatic temperature control so thankfully I can barely hear it because once it gets up to temperature it reduces the fan speed pretty quickly, but now I have to set the AC to 75 to keep it from running at that speed. high speed. I usually run the A/C on 72, but I'm used to cranking the temp up slightly to reduce fan noise. I have to say I'm happy for the price because it went from a broken air conditioner fan to a working fan that took 20 minutes to install and cost me less than $50. The dealer asked 400β¬ for a replacement. I'm giving it three stars because I'd rather pay double for a quieter fan, but oh well, twice the price of this unit is still half the price of a retailer fan, so this unit was a quarter the price of an OEM fan by mopar.
