Good hand shower.
The seller experience was great. The product was easy to install and I love the spray patterns this product offers. The downside is that it's mostly plastic but feels solid. The shower head has a flow restrictor (small O-ring) in the shower head that can be removed to increase water flow. Keep in mind that the increase in water usage is small, but it helps.
