Small and difficult to downsize
I bought this direct from Fitbit and was so disappointed with how small it is! The strap that came with the watch had multiple pieces to make the watch longer, even longer than I needed. It is only available in one size and runs small! Difficult to resize. It's magnetic but won't stick to your wrist. So if it touches another metal, it breaks off immediately! I returned for a refund. Really freaked out.
