It really works! I usually have to wear 2 high impact sports bras. It's life changing, but try different positions. One reviewer said it was lower in the back and higher in the front, and that made a huge difference to me. Now I can wear 1 bra and that and I have no rebound even with jumping exercises. This is the best brand. I tried another popular one and it was useless, I don't know why. I have a bra size 34F or G depending on the brand and the S/M in this article was the correct size. Don't oversize. Choose the recommended dress size because you want it to fit snugly. Highly recommended.
