I can't believe this has never happened before. It was perfect! I'm 36 DD and even when I was wearing two correct size sports bras, my breasts sagged too much to be comfortable while running and sometimes hurt afterwards. I ran 6 miles in the harness and it was amazing! I even left it on to mow the garden. 100% recommend if your girls have pain during exercise or bounce too much.

It didn't work out. The group got on well and mostly comfortable but only controlled the rebound when running or jumping in place. When I first started moving, doing burpees, group training didn't really work. It rode up and didn't offer the support I was hoping for. While I think the band is great for running, it's not great for any other type of workout.

Ordered this for my cousin as a gift for her first day of training, she jumps rope and it has made a huge difference. There is flexibility within the size which is attached with velcro. The Velcro closure allows for quick and easy on and off. She likes that it can be adjusted over clothing. It really works! I usually have to wear 2 high impact sports bras. It's life changing, but try different positions. One reviewer said it was lower in the back and higher in the front, and that made a huge difference to me. Now I can wear 1 bra and that and I have no rebound even with jumping exercises.
