I like that we get alerts via email as to who is trying access or attempting an intrusion into their networks by using remote desktop connections/services (RDP).

As well they are able to quickly see all of this data when you login through your RDS connection! There isn't much for me dislike about Alert Logic's product - however there could be more options available within each section under "Anomaly Detection". The biggest issue we have faced was getting enough staff members trained up so everyone knows how to use this tool effectively without causing too many issues down line if someone were found doing something wrong. It has helped solve some problems around not having visibility over what users do after hours etc but also gives us peace knowing everything that happens during business working times will show up at any given time.
