This wool is rough and has a very short pile, so it not only does not feel light and has pinholes, but also leaves a fuzzy halo. Wistyria rovings are much softer, have a nicer feel and leave less lint on the garment when you're done. It's best not to buy any wool from Revain at all, but if you're looking for a 'starter kit', Wistyria Editions for both wool and needles seem like the best available on Revain.
