I had one on my bike but decided to try it on my treadmill. Not only was I able to do this, but even when I bent over and moved on my treadmill, this fan didn't move. As for my bike, I notice that it doesn't move much and wraps around the handlebars with ease. But with my treadmill, the handles I have, I couldn't put it there so I kind of have it in my cup holder, but I also have two legs that hold on to the top. No matter how hard I run, this fan stays completely silent. I don't have to stop my workout to keep adjusting the fan. Not to mention I don't have to worry about the cord as it's 100% rechargeable. One charge lasts a whole week, even though I use it every day. Fully adjustable and really helps keep me cool.
