Great for those who don't like drinking water

I hate hate hate drinking water. But this bottle helped A LOT because you only have to drink 6 ounces an hour. Beats tries to suck the whole bottle. Once you get into a routine, refilling the bottle twice a day (60 oz) will be much easier. Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Totally doable. It fits in the trunk of a car, but when full it's heavy.
