3 Start with wear quality. 2 stars for the color quality.
Nice and light. Warm enough for Northern Ontario and easy for my 5 year old to put on by himself. Sometimes the zipper goes up, but he's so happy that he gets ready to go outside the quickest.

- Velcro does not work as the two sides are the same

- May not provide adequate protection in heavy snow or rain
