The product was used, made in China, it didn't work and the technical support was minimal and unhelpful.

This is when you get what you pay for. I tried for a month to get the Discount Keyless to work and finally gave up. I then bought a more expensive key fob from a company that sells OEM key fobs and it worked straight away with no issues. Tried two keychains from Discount Keyless. When I couldn't program Fob 1, I took it to a locksmith. He could get it to work to lock the car doors but not open them or open the trunk. I also noticed that the Discount Keyless programming guide missed an important step. According to their instructions, the machine did not go into programming mode. As soon as I found out about the missed step, the machine went into programming mode with no issues, but the key fob still didn't work. I checked the included battery and it was weak. I replaced the battery but that didn't fix the problem. I have signed a contract with a keyless discount. Even though they say they have tech support, this tech support is just an email link that you need to get through Revain.com. You send an email and wait to get an email in reply. You have no option to call anyone or set up a live chat. The "techies" who answered my emails were nice but not helpful. We checked that it was the right key fob for my car and they couldn't explain why the locksmith and I couldn't get it to work. Keyless discount, send me a second key fob. That didn't work either. After disassembling the key fobs (to check the batteries), we saw that they were made in China and their insides didn't look like the original key fobs. It was also clear from the appearance of the key rings that they were used items. The white lettering on the first key fob has almost faded. After a very frustrating month and dozens of attempts to program two fobs, I gave up. Keyless Discount gave me my money back. The OEM key fob I bought online from another company was almost $70, but it's less than half what it would cost at a car dealership, and more importantly, I got it on the first one Programming at home without any problems. I wish I had spent this fruitless month saving some money by buying cheap.
