The overall speed on the connection to my computer, which I have been able to get up to roughly 200 Mbps so far, but as I mentioned earlier, the HDD can't do that anymore. I will get a solid-state drive (SSD), I will test gigabit, and I will include my findings in the review. It seems to me that the statistics speak for themselves. Before Mikrotik, there was a D-Link DIR-320NRU (Internet speed did not surpass 500-800 kb / s, which is equivalent to 4-6 Mbps), a Linksys EA2700-EE, a Linksys EA4200-EE, and a Linksys EA4500-EE; the outcome was nearly the same with each of these routers. In addition, the prices for the aforementioned linksIses range anywhere from three thousand to six thousand dollars. I selected them on the basis of the brand (Cisco after all). It was discovered that Cisco, in the small office/home office (SOHO) market, is engaging in the same senseless behavior as the competition. Although I concur with earlier commentators that the MikroTik RB951G-2HnD is a device that can only be set up on the move by an IT engineer, I do not believe that this should be considered a drawback of the product. It is extremely appropriate to use this equipment in the following settings: at home (although, of course, from a cannon to sparrows), in a small office (just right). I couldn't be happier with my buy. It is without a doubt well worth the cost.
