I ordered three size 14 skirts for my six year old daughter who is 55 pounds and 48 inches. I ordered a very large one because I wanted a skirt. Go under her knee with the intention of grabbing her waist. Luckily, when she's wearing leggings, the skirt is narrow enough at the waist to stop—they come down about three inches below her knee. I recommend these skirts - love the color scheme and they go with a lot of things, cute and fun, very cool.
