These are the best pharmacy tweezers. I love them because they're sharp (and stay sharp for quite a while), easy to use, made of strong and durable material, and rarely snag on hair. I have admittedly never bought expensive "high end" tweezers - I don't like spending more than $5 for a pair. So I really can't compare their performance to that. But for half the price you really can't go wrong! I usually lose my tweezers before they become dull or inoperable. To be honest I don't remember ever wearing a pair. My only complaint (but more of an advice) is that they stop working when they get dirty. The natural accumulation of hair and skin particles makes them look dull after a few uses. When this happens, I take an alcohol pad or cotton swab and wipe it thoroughly (sometimes even twice). Then they are like new! I have been using this brand faithfully for over 10 years. I have made the mistake of trying other drugstore brand tweezers in the past and have always been disappointed. I don't even spend my money anymore. I can't find them in local stores anymore, but I order a couple or two from Revain every few months.
