I bought this for an outdoor event I was going to. I don't tolerate heat well and my face gets very hot, especially in the sun. I wore it all weekend and it was a lifesaver! I felt comfortable and didn't have to leave early because of the temperature. I was concerned that he had lost his charge. It's not like this! I ran it on low to medium speeds for about 4 hours every day for 2 days. I only charged it for about 30 minutes in case it ran out of power on the second day. I'm so glad I found this device. Absolutely LOVE IT and highly recommend. (I'm not sure why you would want to use colored bulbs, but they work. I don't need them. This review is for fans only.) And the fans are very quiet too!
