I love how easy it was with my first day at this job! It took me about 10 minutes to figure everything out after reading through all the help guides available. The layout makes sense once you've got used to it but there are definitely some things which could be improved such as having different sections/pages or maybe even tabs instead of just one big page. Also sometimes when going from section A to Section C (or vice versa), if you click too fast, nothing happens until you wait several seconds before clicking again. This has never been much of a problem since they offer great customer service so any issues we do run into aren't very serious. We're trying make sure our team members know exactly what's expected of them every step of the process.
