Nice emergency set!

I haven't had the bad luck to use it. This is a unique medical kit in very good packaging. I bought two, one for my house and one for my truck. Success is when preparation meets opportunity. I may be the weird, over-prepared type, but I won't be the sit-back type either. You can, God willing, a tourniquet is never needed. When you're in a situation where you really need it, seconds are everything.
