In general I love this charger and I still use it. However, I've found that unless you place your phone right next to it and say you place it and . Put it in the middle, it won't charge and you have to remove it, wait a second and then put it right back in the middle. Luckily, the green charging light will flash quickly to let you know. But that wasn't a problem with my previous cordless phone charger. At least you didn't have to take it off and wait for it to reset. And the loading range was much greater. This one seems to be more specific in placement. (For reference, I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max). Apple Watch charges with no problems. Another issue is that sometimes when I have an Airpod phone and watch everything charge, it doesn't seem to want to charge AirPods. (I connected it to Anker's Powerful Quick Charge Adapter) Aside from those occasional glitches, it works pretty well. I wish the LEDs weren't so bright. I have to hold them up at night so they don't bother me.
