I have a Rowena iron. This holder (like many others) will not fit Rowena brand irons if you use the basket as described by the seller. It fits if you use the iron from the side but lose extra storage space. The insert on the side makes it difficult to remove, but well, at least if you can find something that somehow holds the iron. Also in the description it says that the iron bracket is removable. It's detached because it has nothing to do with the Recycle Bin. It simply attaches under the basket or wherever you want to place it. I can't use an iron hanger for two reasons: 1) the mounting holes push the hanger out of the wall, creating an unstable position, and 2) I'm concerned about the weight that two small mounting screws (with anchors) must apply. To keep. My walls are the thinner sheets of drywall used in industrial housing and so are not as strong as the sheets of drywall used in locally built homes.
